After you complete a brief health intake form, a licensed U.S. provider reviews your information. Depending on the treatment, your consult may be asynchronous (provider review) or synchronous (a scheduled video visit). If approved, prescriptions are issued directly through the platform and sent to the pharmacy to dispense.

Medications are dispensed through a network of fully licensed U.S. compounding and dispensing pharmacies that meet federal and state regulatory standards. Our pharmacy partners are LegitScript-certified and adhere to strict quality and safety protocols.

Currently, our services are not covered by insurance. However, we price our treatments transparently and affordably, often at lower costs than traditional insurance co-pays. We accept FSA and HSA cards for eligible treatments.

We take privacy seriously. All consultations are confidential, personal information is securely handled within the platform, and medications ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Your information is never shared without authorization.
